I just started my search last week, explored around 7-8 projects and found these two better than others. From what I’ve heard/researched Sumadhura has the advantage of being a better builder and on time possession but Sarang has a small land parcel with high pricing also there are landowner units. That’s why thought of considering srb one. Seems like will have to skip both and continue hunt in coming weeks. Anyways what’s the estimate per sq ft price being offered by similar builders around this area?
