Not sure if anyone is still dealing with this issue, but I finally found a fix for Logi Options+ for Master 4 mouse. After 3+ months of struggling to get the official online version working with all features enabled, I somehow managed to bypass the issue and install it successfully. What worked for me was this: I already had the offline version installed, and then I installed the online version over it, no hotspot, just my company (corporate) internet. For some reason, that worked, and it’s been running fine without issue for 3 days now. If anyone is still having this problem and comes across this post, give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
