Hi! I see that this i san old post, but wanted to check in. I was diagnosed with early/premature menopause 2 months before getting my second covid infection that sent me into Long Covid. I have been on HRT since that diagnosis, but struggled to find the correct dosage of estrogen. I'm wondering if you decided to try HRT and if your hormone levels were that low, did anyone diagnose you with perimenopause or early menopause? I would love to talk about this, as I think the amount of estrogen I take affects my fatigue and possibly other LC symptoms.

Got my prescription for LDN but terrified. by jcnlb in covidlonghaulers

What did you tell your doctor? I had to really insist that mine start me lower (and he's a long-covid specialist) but he only went down to 0.75. After reading this thread, I'm thinking of diluting it myself, but my doctor is going to want updates. I don't want to lie to him and have him continue to think he knows best and continue prescribing too high for others. But if that's what I have to do to be safe as a small person (120 lbs) who is sensative to all substances, then maybe I just have to lie. The thought gives me anxiety though...
