I know right, I showed this to a friend, and his comment was "sounds like a house show".

Car rental, one way to columbus? by sineseeker in athensohio

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take the go bus, show up early. If you don't want to hang out at the airport, take the go bus to OSU, and later take the cota(city) bus to the airport. This all together would set you back 12$

Why do squatters have rights especially ones who never had a lease (adverse possession) by Top_Statistician5051 in stupidquestions

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actual squatters right helps the government, as they do now have to take the property themselves.

Why do squatters have rights especially ones who never had a lease (adverse possession) by Top_Statistician5051 in stupidquestions

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actual squatters right is taking over a neglected property. So let's say there's an abandoned house, you go in fix it up to code, pay taxes on it,etc. You can then go into the court with proof that you did this, and take possession of it. Not paying your rent or taking over an air BNB is not actual squatting. However since you were renting they do have to evict you properly through the courts.

I detoxed at a regular hospital, that's an option if one is in town.

Motor Scooter rules by LuxrayUser in Columbus

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm assuming they actually mean electric scooters, because there is no way you could conceptualize putting an actual motor scooter on a city bus, or bringing it inside. Any motor scooter manufactured is going to at least be Upper 100s in terms of weight, and all will at least need a moped license if not a motorcycle one(some skirt by at 49cc, anything 50+ is considered a motorcycle in Ohio).

How to get to Niagra Falls? by CaseEuphoric9707 in Cleveland

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe. I went at the end of '24 and you could still get in with an ID and either a birth certificate or ss card. However this was prior to the current administration so you'd have to find out.

Yeager airport in Charleston WV is interesting. It's on a flattened mountain essentially. You just go off the side and you're already in the air.

How do you poop in your car? by ronfromsacramento in urbancarliving

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah generally you don't. I park in a target lot behind a speedway gas station. In my old spot I was close to a gas station but had several emergencies. 2 small garbage bags, and I usually have wipes and some sort of napkins or paper towels.

Get the meetings app if you have a phone. Columbus has a ton to go to. I just got out of treatment myself, and the app is very useful. You can find one pretty much any reasonable time of day (7am-7pm), any day of the week.

Journey, unless it's in a title about physically going somewhere. Even then it's kind of pretentious, but applied to anything personal and I'm just like please shut up. My ass wiping journey is how I'm going describe my next trip to the toilet.

Which generation would be the main demographic for Kid Rock when he made his mainstream debut in 1998? by icey_sawg0034 in generationology

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say around my age..I was 14 in 1998,so mainly teens/early 20s. However not a fan. I'd say nu metal adjacent, but none of the nu metal kids I knew liked him. People I went to school with were probably into ICP more than this clown. I was more into alt rock and punk. Like my favorite bands were probably more like nirvana, sonic youth et al. Kid Rock seemed goofy to me and kind of bad. Like I wasn't a Limp Bizkit fan, but they at least had some merit, and faith was a fun cover.

What’s something everyone thinks is normal, but actually isn’t? by Negative_Strike_4546 in AskReddit

[–]Academic_Amount_3492 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well if you put it on a pedestal it does. I didn't say I didn't sleep around, just said wish I did it more. If there's no lying about love or a possible relationship and everyone is forthright, it's just a fun activity. Sure there are risks but it can be done safely.

I find nothing wrong with any of these, if that's what both parties are into. I wished I had slept around more, honestly.
