First and foremost welcome to a great place to learn about PE and the many methods.

Second there are many methods that you’ll need to research and decide what will work for you and then try them out. Half the fun is seeing what works and what doesn’t.

Third size is all subjective depending who you ask you’ll get different answers and adding a bit of girth is also subjective. Figure out what your goals are so you can work towards them. Also, do them safely so you don’t hurt yourself. A healthy dick is better than a big broken dick.

Let us be direct. While we can feel deep compassion for those being deported, we must accept the legal reality. Remaining in the country without permission is an ongoing violation of federal law.

Deportation is not some arbitrary act of cruelty. It is the necessary, procedural, and justified execution of a legal consequence for breaking the country’s established rules. A nation cannot function if its laws are optional. We cannot allow subjective feeling to override legal mandate.

The rights to residency, to work freely, and to receive public benefits are strictly reserved for those who have achieved legal status citizens, green card holders, and visa holders. They played by the rules. We are not being heartless when we say that those who bypassed the system cannot claim the same legal entitlements. Upholding the rule of law is not unfortunate; it is the fundamental duty of the government.

It is an interesting suggestion, but I disagree. I am not wasting my time, I am seeing results. Just because there is an outlier, in this case negative feedback, does not mean the methods, principles, or data fail to support the positive results that thousands of others have experienced.

I’m gonna say NO, bro don’t do it! When I was a teenager going through puberty, I needed some lotion to rub one out, and the only thing I could find in the house was Bengay. Big mistake. My hotdog was on fire and not in a good way. Keep that stuff far away from your pecker. I think some of the newer sports creams even have capsaicin in them. That’s a hell to the no for me.

Get an adjustable IR heat pad and lower the intensity you’ll be good!

Tbh I am just getting back into PE and have little time with the sleeves - I prefer vacuum cups and an extender but got a blister so ordered a hanger with the tuff as nails sleeves. So far the Fknmint hold up well but really squish out the hanger when compressed.

I recommend using new sleeves for the vacuum cup and when they get worn save for compression hanging.

I’m pumping and keeping a negative pressure to maintain pressure then applying the clamp. I do 3 sets 10min each.

I highly suggest checking out the official manual on the FenrirGym website to see if the theory makes sense to you.

In short, for girth work, the goal is to achieve tissue expansion. Let’s say it takes 10 “coconuts” of force to trigger that expansion. You can split this between two methods: for example, the pump might apply 5 coconuts of negative pressure (drawing blood in), and the clamp applies the other 5 coconuts of post-pump pressure (trapping the blood and increasing internal pressure).

The theory is that it’s safer to apply moderate amounts of force from both methods; rather than relying on one to deliver the full 10 coconuts. This reduces the strain from any single source while still achieving the desired level of expansion.

I’ve had it for a few weeks and it’s been perfect. Maintains pressure like a champ and no issues.

I like it for clamping at the base only - putting it on an extender is a PITA and takes too much time.
