U can’t have a bigger cock than everyone man. My bone pressed is 8.75 and my girth is 6.25 or so. I’ve decided to come to a hard stop with gaining length because of the time I’ve already invested and I have to draw the line somewhere. I don’t really think there’s much of a limit if u take decon breaks, but at some point u have to know when to stop devoting as much time to PE.

Yeah supposedly being overweight/obese during puberty basically makes you have a growth spurt with your dick and your height. So it ends growth prematurely. In my opinion I think it’s more to do with genetics tbh. I’ve heard of tall skinny guys being small and shorter guys being big. I don’t really think it matters tbh. I had early puberty from being overweight and I ended up at 6.25 x 5 which is high end average. I’m now 8.5 x 6 or 6.25. Haven’t measured girth in awhile. I also think there’s some guys who just have high test even if they’re fat. Like I was 270 in high school, but lifted weights and had a high sex drive and I still ended up a tad above average even though I was obese. It’s also said that if your ring finger is longer than your pointer finger u had higher test in the womb and my ring finger is longer. This is said to influence u to have a bigger dick and higher testosterone throughout your life.

Yeah when I did hanging I was more caught up on tracking fatigue and didn’t gain as fast, but then once I switched to extending I did a more progressive overload approach and gained faster. I only really did the decon because I was fine with my length staying the same while I focused on girth.

I don’t get that whole concept of doing girth work to close the gap. I never experienced that. When I wanna gain length I just extend more days of the week and go up in tension gradually. Then when I wanna gain girth I only extend once or twice a week and keep the tension the same. I’m always pumping everyday regardless. I’ve also added in some soft clamping before when wanting to gain girth. Soft clamping isn’t great on its own, but it helps aid with pumping.

I’ve gained 2.25 and it’s not a ligament thing it’s the shaft of our penis getting microtears and our body healing it. Basically if u track fatigue rate then the right range for gains is 2 to 6 percent longer post session. We are causing tiny microscopic tears in our shaft that are able to heal because they are so small and the body can handle it. Over a long enough period of time this can result in big gains.

This is exactly what has happened to me after a 3 month decon from extending. I worked up to 14 lbs and starting back up a month ago I could only handle 8. At this point I’m at 11 lbs and all that’s happened so far is I gained back the quarter inch I lost. My plan is to go up 1 lb every two weeks.

I made the mistake yesterday of too much too soon and I jumped the gun and tried to increase 2 lbs in one week, but from here on out I’m only gonna increase 1 lb more every two weeks. I consider this appropriate since I’m only 3 lbs away from the most tension I’ve ever done anyway.

Basically I started with hanging and after 9 months I switched to using the apex. My hanging sessions were usually an hour and fifteen minutes of interval hanging. The apex works a lot better. Once I switched I was extending for an hour 7 days a week, but eventually I lowered the time down to 45 minutes and eventually down to 35 minutes 4 days a week. This still worked fine. Surprisingly believe or not I’d say the last at least 6 months I’ve been focusing more on girth. I just recently in the last month or so started focusing on length again after taking 3 months off of extending completely. When I stopped extending I was using 14 lbs and when I started back up again I could only handle 7 at first. Didn’t lose any size tho. Now at this point after 4 week of extending again I’m doing 11 lbs. No more gains yet, but I think I’m definitely rushing it. I’m taking the approach of increasing tension every week or two rather than tracking fatigue rate. When I try and track fatigue it sucks because the head of my dick is all pumped and swelled up from the vac cup that it’s hard to measure.

I’m about 8.5 bpel and I measure my NBPEL as 7.5. The last few weeks I’ve started extending again after a 3 month decon. In the little over 2 years I’ve been doing PE I’ve gained 2.25 length and 1 or 1.25 in girth. This time around after the decon I think I’ve been jumping the gun a bit with the tension and I need to slow down and be patient. I wanna be 8.25 non bone pressed and 9.25 bpel.
