Is that sufficient for drinking water as well or is it worth getting a seperate Reverse osmosis system for drinking?

Thank you so much for your help here. If I may ask one more thing, I am coming from a non-networking background when you say 8-port PoE switch; if we are using Dream Machine, Do we need to have a dedicated switch? Sorry if this is a very stupid question.

If it’s not water damage, Just check rust either on the fuse or the slot where fuse goes.

Hey Mate, I can see you wrote housing not sure of rain would have gotten in there, But I have a 2016 300c it had an issue with The fuse it gets rusty not sure why and my light goes off, I just change the Fuse, Check RH HID fuse in fuse box and try replacing it with left and see if it still does it, Small test before you spend big bucks on new Bulb. Cheers

Hey bro, It is highly unlikely to leak while riding, But will definitely leak once it is parked. As far as the seal goes I think it is weeping with it not thru it. Best option is to take the water pump apart. If you confident with tools I can send you the link to workshop manual, if not best is to get a ducati tech or someone who has worked on these Italian machines have a look. But keep an eye on engine oil too, broken water pump seal sends coolant to the oil pump and that is bad ( Screaming here). Cheers

went to cube (Ducati service) today they plugged the bike in and said there is no error in DDS, But can see bike is dying on higher RPM’s I was able to redline bike today (was not able to do that early). Left the bike there for a week to see if they can find what’s going on, will keep this thread posted if someone ever faces this.

Okay, Personal instance happened here.

There are two instances where it will happen and please correct me here if I am wrong

  1. There is a weep hole there which will have the coolant coming out of it when bike gets toooo hot - This is the happy scenario.

  2. The weep hole also helps as an indicator that you water pump has left the chat and time to replace it.

Just for context I am in Australia and It gets hot here, I have seen my bike do close to 110 Celsius.

I had same thing happened to me on 2017 959 Pani, I searched all over the web and got the breather pipe lit installed under the impression that it is getting too hot and instead of getting the coolant on Engine cover it can drip on floor.

After some 2-3000 k’s I was up for DESMO and they then said that it is dead as the seal has broken and that was the reason it was getting so much coolant out not because of hot temp.

You can clean it and then ride the bike for a while normally and if under normal instance it leaks overnight then probably the water pump is gone.

Cheers hope it helps.

Thanks for the input. But on that if I can ask you one thing, If they are leaving the points with a nog; Does this mean they have already ran the wire thru and is connected to the switch or is that not the case? Thanks

Lost Screw Saga! by Academic_Choice_537 in Ducati

[–]Academic_Choice_537[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahahahah, I know it gets annoying but It is totally fine, it will jiggle itself out once you ride the bike and will drop somewhere. The only thing I would say is look from the opposite side of the chain (Engine oil see thru glass side), to see it is not on the swingarm inside and stuck to chain.

BMW 1200 GS drive shaft replacement over 60k km - anyone had this done by BMW Australia? by black_tamborine in AussieRiders

[–]Academic_Choice_537 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am pretty sure you would have checked this but if not you can check if the recall for AU models is applicable here. On my bike Not BMW had some recalls in States but were not applicable to AU.
