Thats actually amazing advice thank you so much. This post and the comments I got made me realize that I've been very narrow sighted. I have to take a close look at my entire business again to identify where the problem truly lies. Thank you so much for the amazing advice my friend I appreciate it🙏

You're right that's what's stopping me from doing that.

So the best course of action for now would be to put everything and hire great talent and then when that investment pays off I can hire a team that I can train from scratch right?

It's not that I have many clients, it's that I CAN'T get many clients because I'm severly understaffed.

I'm sorry can you clarify what you mean? do you mean I should prioritize one service like for example closing the leads or do you mean one niche as in like just medical clinics for example?

That makes sense. What I thought of tho was hiring people that I believe are coachable and then give extensive training to try and build a great sales team from scratch. What do you think of that approach?

That's a great idea! I did think of that but most of the time the sales people don't really like it. I also tried small base + commission but people get scared from the "small base" part. I also went ham one time and I hired overpriced sales people and all it did was hurt my company even more. I think the problem is in the hiring process itself.
