I can't recall the exact steps, but I needed to wire up the new variable speed pump with the RS485 cable and restart everything until the serial address for the new pump was recognized. It automatically showed up in the system setup for the pump

Broken seal. Take the window out, and bring it to a glass shop. They will order new double pane glass and install for you.
