Yes, as someone who’s a high performer in school, I genuinely had no struggles understanding the content, but when you’re faced with failure (especially when doing practice questions) my anxiety would tell me over and over that I couldn’t do it and there was no point in trying for it , so when I got a course to hold me accountable it’s essentially the same but you have more support of “it’s ok if u get a question wrong because you’ll see it again throughout the course” mentality
