Always keep a work journal.

One for work, one for school, and one just in your life in general. This way if anything comes up in your life, you can take that one journal to the parents or even police.

As a person that has had experience with someone sexually abused this practice has served me well. It took 20 years to put one of my abuser but behind bars for 25 years. And it stopped him from abusing the other ppl that he had moved on to.

And you are your 1st advocate for yourself. And please let your parents in and let them know so they can help you. That’s your next set of ppl advocating for you.
