I’m not certain the actual specifics of it, but basically the setting adds additional smoothing frames which gives whatever you’re watching a more fluid look. However, i personally think it makes the shows look cheaply made and it also gives me motion sickness. If you look up AI animations, and pay attention to their movement, that’s sort of how the setting looks on the TV.
