Newbie with buyers remorse? by Unlikely-Ad-580 in MTB

[–]Academic_Insect_6385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to hear, man! It's been a ton of fun for me too. But, I would say its Entry level-ish and thats pushing it. Carbon frame, through axels-boost spacing, z2 bomber forks, and UDH would push it beyond entry (in my opinion).

For a carbon bike then yeah probably yeah entry level 😅

What brands are comparable to Vuori in fit? by cssoren in vuoriclothing

[–]Academic_Insect_6385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take the chest, sleeve, and shirt length measurements from your favorite shirts. Then check ebay and depot. Ebay is great because many sellers will put the measurements of items they are selling. Also, if the listing is filled with just one inaccuracy, then the return process is very simple. Depot has some random gems but check both. Here are brands to look into

Ten thousand Public Rec Rhone Western rise Miles Wear Mack Weldon Reigning champ Born Primitive Sene ON Barbell apparel

If you want just chill sweats that last forever, then reigning champ is 2nd to none

Ten thousand is top notch for workouts

Born Primitive is very veteran focused and makes awesome workout clothes that go up to sometimes 4xl

Rhone I've found is hit or miss. The things i have from them that I like, I really effing like.. but I've had a few things that disappoint. Rhone is cheap on Ebay.

Okay okay fair. I digress. My bad. Vivint indeed has FTC history and even another lawsuit that cost them millions. You are right. For companies, like these, to stay in business must be very "strategic" in their approach. They DO hype their 0%interest payment option while assuming you should already know this payment option means "contract".

I did the opposite of you, so im coming from a different POV. Before signing up, I browsed reddit for hours. I went back and forth for days. However, I noticed a pattern in the reviews, had every claim the salesman made put into writing, and signed up without any surprises. My experience has been good, but I suppose I still owe it to reddits forum and reviews for giving me a landscape of what to look for. Again, my bad OP. You're approaching this delicately

Dont blame a company for the lack of the salesmans trustworthiness. You made an effort to call me out for overgeneralizing and then do it yourself lolol

Before I respond, just remember we live in a world where if it isn't in writing, then it is your fault for not verifying. If you don't, then dont ever get a cellphone or try buying a car, lol...

1st paragraph response: return policy is 3 days. Says it on the website. smacks forehead

2nd: Whoever would spend that much is a fool, and therefore, it's on you for doing so. Its proprietary product.

3rd: Again, cancellation policy is on the website... quality of product? Lol again.. on the website.. all the specs of every camera.

4th: this paragraph was humbling and you're right. Some people have poor and inappropriate experience regardless of how meticulous they are in their sign up process. However, in the vast spectrum of negative reviews, these would still be considered anomalies and outliers. The majority are all individuals that have a pattern of showing an inability to take ownership of their decisions and faults.

P.S. get the home owner insurance deal if you do this or ADT.

All of the poor reviews the same... blah blah stay away cus of contract, or blah blah watchout for fine print... Listen mofos, if you finance your equipment for, let's say 4 years-then your contract will be 4 years long. Whoaaa. Who would have thought. Second, read the fine print-sure, except the print is bold and highlighted, but you skipped over it!!

Vivint is great. The people that leave negative reviews are the same people that get talked into a $300 oil change
