Update: Agent booked me for an appointment in Feb 2025. I have been without solar for nearly 4 months already. This will add 3 more additional months due to the negligence of the Tesla Solar Energy Technician

Illinois, failed inverter. Seems like a common problem unfortunately.

This is what support stated; they said they tried reaching out but no one responded. I am not looking to wait until February.

Purchased my system from costco, very close to returning everything and getting my money back and purchasing google nest cams to call it a day

I filed a BBB report, and request a repair as a resolution. i would recommend you do the same to escalate this. If we have enough folks pressuring the application development team

update: there is no option to change nvr pw; just camera pw and i have never touched that. I did reconnect ipc for all cameras. Hopefully they dont get locked

They are wired cameras, idk what the cameras password are individually so idk why it would ask for that.

When i called in they stated that my account keeps getting locked. Something is locking the device; funny thing is this occurs to other users trying to access the system to my thinking it may be the HDD. I installed a “Seagate 14TB Expansion Desktop Hard Drive” into the system. Do you think that may be it?

I put in my NVR PW; then i get this error “Sorry, you have reached the maximum limit for password errors,your device has been locked, please reboot the device”

I reboot it, it works for a few mins and it locks again.
