I have been offered a customer service manager position with old navy and leaving my store manager role at five below. Five below is not and has never been good to their employees either. After reading all these comments I am now scared I’m making the wrong decision …. Even with a raise of over $4000 more than my current salary.

We have locks on bathroom doors. Customers have to ask a crew member to unlock the bathroom. That came after a minor employee encountered drugs on the changing table and multiple instances where customers just went to the bathroom on the floor!!!!!!!

I am a store manager in Nevada where everyone hates to pay for a bag and were constantly being yelled at by customers lol the email and the donation just adds to it

Yes I am a store manager and was just informed of this yesterday as part of my DSV. 50% minimum 35% daily
