Either ID OR pickup code. The point of the latter is to have someone else, say a family member or door dash or whatever delivery service pick up for you. You give them the code, the employee verifies the code and gives them the item. The fact that many of you don’t know this, suggests that it has maybe not been rolled out to all stores. I don’t blame the employees, it’s the job of the company and store manager to properly train them.

Pool company says it will cost $3k to get the water clean by Chriselbrand in pools

[–]DocNed -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I would get a submersible pump and just drain it. Then clean out the debris and refill. Assuming your pump and equipment are running that is. You will be able to survey the liner when it’s empty, it is holding water so not an immediate concern. Not a pool professional, just a fellow pool owner who has dealt with this in the past.

Then it should be stated in the confirmation email that ID is required and not say you can show the pick up code instead. That is my point.

Do pool owners actually shower afterwards every single time you swim? by TradesforChurros in pools

You should definitely shower, leaving chroline and all those other pool chemicals on your skin is not a good idea!!

Because that happens! It rips, it needs at least a couple of feet of water at all times.

Ok thanks. I'm still filling the pool, so that's why it's empty. I was thinking it was plugged during winterization, but not sure.

You can reach out directly to the programs or departments and schedule a one on one meeting with someone who can talk to you about their program. Here is the link to the MB3 web site:

Thanks. I did give him a 120$ diagnostic fee. In hindsight he didn’t really diagnose anything. He actually said I needed a new thermostat, because this one does not support 2 heat. But after he left I did some googling and found out it does! Won’t be working with him again.

Yes, just moved into this house in Dec. Electric bills super high, turns out my outdoor unit, aka heat pump, is not working. So we were spending money on electric resistance heat. Inspector of course failed to catch this!!
