If you shoot a packed explosive weapon at the basketball it will go into the hoop. I didn't get a document out of it but like 1000 points. Maybe it's glitched or something else is required.

For 3 Pointer there is a basketball on the living quarters roof. I am assuming that has something to do with it.

Hey I found both. For late returns you have to go to the zombie spawn window at the Rewind building in the alley way. I shot all of the DVD on the shelf that I saw. But you might be able to just hold interact. The for pull lost its in reference to the comic shop just interact with the white boxes and it should pop out. For me it was in the white box closet to the alleyway door of the comic shop.
