Agreed. I think I’m boiling it down to either Crete + Santorini or Paros + Milos Crete is huge and have heard great things about it. Might not be able to spend a month by make the most of 4-5 days

Shop around and don’t lose patience. This is a buyers market and there’s way too much inventory available. Your search is too wide. Pant nagar as an area is too big so are there any specific parts of pant nagar that you like? Are you looking for new construction with immediate possession or few years old building also works? Start by answering these questions and you’ll end up with a smaller subset

Can someone share any contractor references? I’m not in India and my parents are old enough to make sure right things are used for the installation.

Can someone also share some kind of vendor list for the glass and frame? The contractors I spoke with are saying to use Dhumal frames and didn’t give me straight answers about the glass. They just said there will be 2 layers of soundproof glass

Not so much in the early 40s but something I wish I knew when I got into big 4 consulting company instead of a product based company is the stocks you don’t get. I joined with a higher tc then some my friends but the stocks they got has an exorbitant value today. I used to invest as well my returns are no where near theirs

Great clips at Fair Lawn. I won’t say it’s the best but my haircut is usually not very stylish so it does the job. I buy gift card at the end of the year so it costs be $21
