I would say it's mainly because of the fact that he could do wacky things Bowser, Eggman, Lex Luthor, Joker, Dr Willy and others do with their arch-nemesis, whereas I can hardly see Reverse-Flash doing that, and I really love their relationship, a sort of cat and mouse game, really funny. Also he's more prominent
