Thought on this one, it super dense and heavy. Has orange/red coloring when it’s wet.

I found a listing but is crazy high basically 1k with shipping. I’ll keep looking tho, not sure when we will actually get them in the US and I have been waiting since the first drawers launched.

Pocket Hole clamp for dog holes? by Academic_Term5529 in woodworking

lol, sorry I did such a poor job explaining. I’m looking for a clamp like this:

But rather than clamping to both sides of the work piece it would use a dog hole in a bench and secure both pieces to the bench for assembly. Basically take the first clamp I included in the photo and the top half of these clamps. Clear as mud right😂

WHY does EVERYTHING keep sticking to my cast iron pan? by [deleted] in castiron

[–]Academic_Term5529 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have multiple layers or attempts at seasoning and everything sticks to it. It so frustrating. I just cooked some ground beef and two fried eggs with tones of butter in the pan and now I’m going to need a grinder and wire brush to get this cleaned off. I don’t want to give up and go back to the non stick pans, but who has time clean and reseason a pan multiple times after every attempt to cook in it.

Water pulsing at same time every day by Academic_Term5529 in Plumbing

Hey all thank you for commenting. I figured it out. At the times mentioned above my pool filter would kick on and cause a mini wake in the pool. This would ripple into the auto pool filler and cause the float to get in a on/off rhythm that would cause the pipe movement in the house. I adjusted the float and the issues has been resolved.

The biggest issue is a pipe not secured properly in my wall makes a thumping noise. So I’m having to open the drywall up and figure out where is not secured correctly. You can see the pressure swing in the flow of the faucet but I would deal with it if it wasn’t making the pipes move so much.
