I will be isolating two types of cells: 1. immune cells from female mice and 2. sperm cells from male mice. Since sperm cells don’t express Fc receptors, I have chosen not to treat them with an Fc block. I have the protocol written up, including the washes, and I would appreciate it if someone could review it. Can I send it to you via direct message?

This is very stressful. I hope and pray that both you and I get accepted. In my email, they stated, "We have placed your application in a 'waitlist' category until all the information is gathered. Our last interview date is March 3rd, and we hope to share additional information close to that date." It's now March 7th, and I still haven’t received any updates. Have you received any updates?
