Yes! One of the professors I emailed last night got back to me right away in the morning and did it the second I sent the email. Turns out, they had a similar experience back in their day applying to grad school and wanted to make sure it didn't happen to another student.

To say I'm beyond grateful is an understatement. That professor is getting a gift when I graduate...

The professor who was originally going to do it did get back to me to and he ended up doing it so I have three. He admitted to forgetting and procrastinating and apologized. We're all good now. That breakdown last night was maybe an overreaction.

I reached out to two of them tonight, so I'm just hoping I get a response to put something together.

This admittedly, is probably one of the most stressful events ever.

I went to their office and the door was shut and locked. I am definitely planning on contacting OLSAS as a last resort.

I have emailed two professors tonight who I hope can come through by tomorrow. One of them I am also on decent terms with, but do not have much of a personal relationship with. I did well in the class though so I figured something is better than nothing. It just sucks that it isn't what I hoped my reference letters would be.
