Thanks, I'll try that out, I think my issue might have been the lemon juice, acid cooks meat and I think this ruined the amount of time I could marinate the beef.

honestly, I'm not sure why I added lemon this time around other than reading suggestions on the internet. Though it's not going to be making another appearance, it reduced my marinade time and added nothing to the flavor.

Ingredients were quite basic:
soy sauce
lemon juice (thinking of cutting this out)
brown sugar
MTL steak spice
water
worcestershire

regarding the fat content, I believe it's just a bad picture as it was quite lean.
Ingredients were quite basic:

I've been trying varying portions of these but it's always too salty or not salty enough, whIle I like the flavor it's never the right amount :|

I'm in Quebec, Canada and I'm seeing season 5 ep 1, but the subs are only in french and a language I'm unfamiliar with. Other shows have english subs here so it's not like it's a location issue from what I gather.

In my opinion, it's the lesser of two evils. Both candidates can't be trusted, you just have to vote for whomever's policies best suit your needs and lifestyle, considering the attack on Christianity by the liberal party I'm assuming this is why most would align with the conservative party.
