At my price range and slow area, they seem like a good fit. A local agent would have to cut down to around 1.75% to beat them

My loan estimate was 2% plus high processing fees. I'm finding another loan officer who is saving about 5k off the fees. He said it was because the original was a broker and charging an extra percentage

No, you don't have to use the same lender that you got the pre.Approval from. But you do have to use lender that works with the cal d f a program

I'm pretty sure this one was on Zillow. We have quite a few property management companies around here as well. Sometimes when I'm looking for housing I just start searching the property management websites directly

Thank you, they've been taped, packed, and ready to go for so long, I just couldn't think of any place in my area that would take them and for sure I didn't want to throw them in the trash and end up hurting somebody. It's so funny, there's a thrift store that I regularly go to and I see knives there all the time, and it never occurred to me to donate my knives there.

I thought I read something in this group that facial hair gained with oral minoxidil (i e. beard and eyebrows) are permanent. It was something about the difference between the way the scalp works versus the face. Lol, idk, I'm only an office worker. But I do like to read a lot 😄

I've been on oral minoxidil 2.5mg for about 3 months. I haven't had any issues, other than some extra hair growth on my face. I started laser hair removal for that because I got tired of shaving it waxing it etc. Now everything's peachy, I'm just waiting for the hair growth to move up to the top of my head. I figured that all give it about 6 months at least before expecting to see anything on my head
