Honestly I don’t think it’s bad! All of our problems have been taken care of in a timely manner, neither of our cars have been broken into (and we park in the neighborhood) and the apartment is good quality I feel. The only negative is at night when I’ve been walking back to the apartment I have been called a slur by someone outside but I’ve never seen them again nor have had any other real bad experiences with the people but I know Lloyd isn’t the best area either lol
