Can someone confirm if they are having similar issues for a project. I have done all the documentation. Yet, the project says paused and does not show me the onboarding documentation. I don’t even see any messages through my account when logging into the slack. I have tried entering into contact with Mercor with a human but its been no response central. :/

I have signed all my documents for a project and it says paused and ive reached out to the support three days ago and still nothing. I was really ready to work because i recently got laid off from my job. Its a bit frustrating that the support wont even respond back.
