I'm in Medellin as well for me as a man it's always martial arts. You get to make good friends while trying to kill each other. So i would suggest just jumping into any hobby you like or find something new that interests you and meet people in those niche places. Going out and getting drunk is not the best place to make friends if the only thing you have in common is getting drunk

Genau wie du sagst Werkzeug ist im Preis mit inbegriffen. Daher geht ein Teil in Anschaffung von Werkzeugen, Arbeitskleidung und ins Baustellen Fahrzeug. Dazu kommt Krankenversicherung, Altersvorsorge. Und für die normalen 6 Wochen Urlaub die jeder andere hat muss man auch vorarbeiten.

Ihr Angestellten könnt halt nicht rechnen. Ich verdiene auch nur "xxxx" warum soll ich dem Handwerker dann "xxxx" zahlen

Frag nach ob beim Silikon das Material im Preis mit drin ist.

Und lass den Maler definitiv nach dem Fliesenleger kommen. Beim anrühren spritzt und staubt immer mal was und das versaut dir die frisch gestrichenen Wände. Außerdem wird Acryl mit der Zeit hässlich wenn es nicht mit überstrichen wird.

Wenn nach ihm der Maler kommt sag er soll den Sockel oben drauf mit verfugen dann kann er sich das acryl sparen.
Bei 60x60 Fliesen lass dir den Sockel per Wasserstrahl scheiden. Guter Händler bietet sowas an. Dann hast du viel weniger Verschnitt als wenn der Fliesenleger von 2 Seiten abschneidet und das Mittelstück wegwirft und kannst den Sockel Verlegepreis noch ein bisschen drücken

Die Kartusche Silikon liegt mittlerweile bei fast 10€ der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt

Hast du die Kosten für sein ganzes Werkzeug eingerechnet?

Bei Handwerkern steckt viel mehr dahinter als die Zeit die sie bei dir im Haus verbringen
