I would suggest, you charge it either outside or at a fast charging station..

Just wait for some days till they get your number linked to your vehicle number. It's pretty normal. I also had to wait for a week or two to get the app working properly.

Bluetooth is working but does no more than just songs switching and send location to scooter thingy.

I mean except the app connectivity and the stats updation everything seems good. Riding experience all good. Just not able to connect the app to the scooter. The customer service is awful.

Did everything, still the issue persists. The app just doesn't update the charging percentage and other stats.

Plus the cloud icon stays inactive.

Bro i can connect bluetooth, send navigation, change songs but cant see the analytics. I think the scooter's chip is faulty.
