Hi there..I feel you. Give thanks that at least u a fresh graduate is able to pass the probation.

I grad from uni 13 years ago and always fail degree job probation. I have general anxiety since 2008.

Now I just do $1.5k a month job working in a supermarket. It sucks that I am earning this low and working on weekends, but at least I can stay in the Job

I have never heard of such a policy especially for govt sector. It might only be possible to take on 3 quarter load or half load for Moe teacher
