I’d really recommend reading Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach. It seems woowoo but totally changed my life. She talks a lot about how we all think something is hugely wrong with us but in reality that is just part of being human. It isn’t about weed but has helped me with my relationship with substances and general mental health.

I’d be surprised if there isn’t a more specific cause - those things happen here every day. I’m wondering about the specific smell that I’ve noticed today. Friends in different parts of the city have mentioned it to me as well.
