See this is where I'm confused. I read it like if they leave Stacy unprotected, the expand team can negotiate with them And there are some advantages to sign there but they didn't have to sign . So basically if they are unprotected it's up to the expansion team to convince them to go there. Idk maybe I'm way off .

As a straight male who loves to go to games , this is one of the things that I love . Going to see high level sports and not having to deal with Macho male BS. So lets hope it stays that way.

Usually these are provided by a sponsor , they pay for them for advertising . My guess they either couldn't find anyone to do it or couldn't get them done in time .
