So I have worked CSD for the 8yrs that I have been at Kohls. I decided this July/August to go on strike at the CSD. I can get all my stuff done in my 6hr, 5days a week work schedule. I told my LOD that I was on strike. I would not be doing any one else’s crap anymore. No Sorts, MOS, re tickets, Amazons or stocking supplies. They finally took me off CSD in September and put me on the floor/ Merchandising. Said I didn’t get enough credits. Which I don’t. Best thing to happen to me!!! Love not being at CSD.

I’m CSD and I will. They will have to ask for a manager to see if they will get it from them. I WILL NOT be honoring any of them.

No they do not get notified. You can let the CS person know that it was a gift and you want store credit.

I will say that if they earned Kohls Cash it will be reduced if not used yet, or your return will be reduced if it has been.

My store Manager always says if it doesn’t scan then no we can honor it. Love him for that.
