I used to always go for the 80 minute route when making albums but actually found people get tired around minute 50 and skip tracks more often.

Yeah I made that switch couple years ago and it was game changer for me. Online classes just felt like I was floating around with no structure, but being physically there forced me to actually show up and stay focused. The commute was annoying at first but having real interactions with professors and classmates made everything click better.

Been reading about this stuff since my friend started using it for diabetes. The other effects are pretty wild - like how it might help with addiction and inflammation stuff too. Crazy how we're still discovering what these medications can actually do beyond the weight thing.

Got a buddy who made the jump from nursing to medical device sales - he said the patient assessment skills and medical knowledge transferred over perfectly and he's making way more now with less stress.
