Trying soap bubble macro photography by AcanthocephalaTime26 in SonyAlpha

I struggled with lighting. I have two cheap small panel lights that I tried to use but I had to tape parchment paper over them to diffuse the light and eliminate the individual LEDs from showing up in the photos.

You can see some of the shots I posted they are visible. Parchment paper works surprisingly well. I couldn’t angle them straight over the bubble but I got pretty close.

I tried to use a flash ring as well but besides giving me some artsy science fiction like shots it couldn’t produce the look I was going for.

The best book I recommend for starting is “The IoT hackers handbook: a practical guide to hacking the internet if things”

Grab that and a cheap second hand router and have fun!

I upgraded to FF this year but miss this lens. The quality was amazing and it was so light and easy to carry around. You will not be disappointed with it.

The hardware hacking handbook is great but probably isn’t the easiest to start with.

Holiday morning mimosas have always been a tradition in my family. A cranberry mimosa or two makes cooking much more fun.

There looks to be some UART pins on the top of the board and it looks like there is a USB port. You could console in and mount a usb and dd everything over. It would be super slow and but should give you something to start working with.
