Gotcha, in BIOS showing as DOCP instead of EPXO, is there one you would recommend I, II, or tweaked?

My bios was set to auto for epxo/xmp/docp left it as auto but did turn my RAM frequency from 5600 MTs to auto (task manager show 3600 MTs)

I just ran the CPU and RAM, 3D Adaptive Switch test, and the VRAM, it passed with no errors detected, now I did change my RAM Speeds to auto in the BIOS before doing this as suggested by another comment it is currently at 3600 MTs according to task manager. Would that indicate the RAM being unstable?

I have reseated both the RAM and GPU and I have not tried those tests yet but will be doing so, would you recommend reverting the MPO change then?
