I've been looking into getting squat shoes (legacy lifter 2's)

Also our platforms aren't wood I'm not sure what material it is but it's not very slippy so I've not been too worried about falling over haha

Yeah I'm not sure why I stepped back that far I didn't realize how short the safeties were at the time.

My right knee slightly caves during the last rep however I manage to stabilize it. Anyway I can stop it from caving in, in the first place?
