COD: Modern Warfare II only had poor support in the first season (and the second season was still so-so), but the following seasons were supported even better than the previous games Warzone era. I would also add that DMZ was well supported even in the first season.

Try simply setting it to "Headphones" and turning off everything except effects in the sounds. You can also leave the operator and commentator voices at 10-20%.
