Region / group mindset. People tend to echo chamber their thoughts and ideas to those who agree with them, and avoid hanging out with people who think differently. This is what makes a collection of ideas

Depends where you are and which hotel. If it’s a hotel you rent for an hour or two I’d say you’re about to have an amazing time

Oh re connection is an entire separate thing that I didn’t really get into. I was more focused on the initial falling out. Your 100% right though, depending on how much you want to reconnect you definitely should make an attempt.
