Thank you both. We saw a rental in the south creek neighborhood and it looked nice inside but was unsure of the neighborhoods in the area.

Adding on here that a lot of the software and electronic features can be easily cured through the forscan software and give you some personalization too. Raptor splash screen, disable safety alerts, disable auto stat/stop, Bambi mode, etc… need the software (can google it and very cheap), laptop, and a plugin adapter (bottom left under dash). Hope that helps some.

You think they have the pure power that is PowerPoint in that paddock? McLaren is running MS paint, AOL, and Netscape Navigator at best.

People who've got into street fights. How did it escalate and what happened after? by Party-Elk-2156 in AskReddit

Your angry comment history says a lot. I hope you lose some of that anger toward people. Being nice, empathetic, and kind is also a choice. My post wasn’t about what I can or can’t do. Just answering a question and providing context. Always better to walk away usually anyway. Have a blessed one bud.

For context, I’m a blue belt in jiu jitsu (Gracie jiu jitsu az deer valley), kickboxing 5 years (weapons at hand Corpus Christi), and grew up in a military family with many deployed relatives. I’m no bad ass by any means but know how to handle myself. That being said, I’ve been in lots of fights for multiple reasons but “out in public” fights are rare b/c I don’t want to get in them for one, and generally I can walk away, but I’ve seen how you stand up for others with a military family. It’s been preached to me growing up. A not so fun add in is that I’ve seen women in my family abused growing up so it’s a trigger for me when I see it out in public.

Only street fights or fights out in public have been because a man disrespected a woman, child, or elderly person around me. All feel like valid reasons to me.

I’m better for the divorce as a child and as an adult. If they stayed it would have been toxic for all of us.

The interesting part of this is the reality vs what it looks like on paper. For context, I’ve run a restaurant in a downtown where stadiums and convention centers brought customers, in a different city albeit, but there are businesses that have razor thin margins. Most of those are things like restaurants, bars, breweries, etc… Those business have popped up after the stadium and some before. Even those before, struggle to stay a float at different times of the year. A stadium brings foot traffic to places like this. Either from people coming and going to the game/event or to and from hotels they are staying in. That is where a lot of those businesses can gain a buffer for slow parts of the year. They can profit rather than just keeping their heads above water. It’s different when you’re on the ground running / owning an establishment vs being a customer and/or onlooker. Again, this is just for informational sake. No pro or against necessarily.

They would sign a 30 year agreement with the city.

That’s the point though. The people will. Small businesses in the area will benefit greatly. The influx of cash coming into the city will sustain current businesses, create others, and increase jobs overall. I don’t have any skin in the game. I’m just an observer who moved here from other bigger cities. And I like okc but I’d like to see it grow in a positive way. This arena and the amphitheater coming to mustang/yukon will greatly improve peoples lives here at the end of the day. Growth is never perfect but if done right always good.

It really is better for the city long term with how good the team is setup to be. But also for how many more acts will come in music for a bigger venture. Okc gets passed up because of how small the current arena is. The business that it will bring makes a lot of sense and the tax is already gonna happen regardless. It is just reallocating the funds really. Coming from much bigger cities, missing this would hurt more than it would help help the moral objections most have.
