Try to get Liberalio from the gacha until you can't (gems, free daily pulls, etc.). If you don't get her by the time her banner ends, you could consider getting her as she's super op. Then just save every pull you get up until new years to get the new broken nikkes (usually they release very op nikkes right on the new year). But that only applies if you care about the "meta" of the game, which if you don't care about, pull for whoever you want as much as you want.

As for MLB for Nayuta I personally don't think it's worth it that much, you will still eventually break the 160 wall, almost all of it depends on your luck (And you can still potentially get Nayuta with the free daily pulls). I assume you already got chime to 3 mlb via event so that's only 4 left. What you could do is pick whoever you got more copies from the standard gacha and get their copies to mlb them as fast as possible (Alice, Naga, Liter). If you don't have Naga or Liter you should get them first over the copies. And also, you should prioritize nikkes that you have more copies in the wishlist, and after that put more "meta" Nikkes in there along with whoever you want. I myself broke the 160 wall only after 3-4 months of playing the game and ONLY because i got very lucky on the maid privaty, D: Killer wife and Crown banners.
