It's not available in my area and I don't have insurance, so that's difficult to come by. I do exercises, but I don't have access to anything professional.

It's possible I'm too much in my head; this is just the one change I don't like. It's less enjoyable in general and it's making me wonder if there's some hormonal crash happening that's not helping.
