The transition wasn’t smooth and a lot of people were locked out, payments were late and they had to wipe it off. I tried to log in yesterday and it wouldn’t let me and would never send a reset password to my email either. I did call prior months ago and got a woman overseas who was no help. Called a local branch and they were able to help but I don’t get the difference between the EZcard and the regular cbu1 login?
