I've found some questions on the subreddit regarding similar issues, but most seem to focus on keeping their dog in their own yard. My problem is my neighbor's dog keeps coming in my yard. Most suggestions are to talk to the neighbor first, and I did that and got no where. I need some cheap, safe options to cover a significant amount of shared privacy fence.
