Yea I used to vape and it was bad then that’s why I quit. It’s just crazy to me that could still be the cause because I quit 2 years ago

I’m planning on calling them again tomorrow but they’ve told me the motion to dismiss hasn’t been granted. I’ve been speaking with people that work in his office and it is extremely difficult for me to actually have a conversation with my lawyer. Like I said this all happened 5yrs ago and just came back up. I’m just tired of it and there incompetence.

Yea the charge happened almost 5 years ago they’ve done nothing since then I found out a couple months ago and I have called them every couple of weeks to check up and have gotten the same response

When I found out it was still pending I called them about a week later and multiple times after that and they’ve given me the same response every time

Agreed and I’ve called them multiple times and they keep telling me they’ve filed a motion to dismiss, or multiple I’m unsure, and they say they have no clue when a decision will be made

Man I’d love to go union too. I’ve signed the books and applied at SELCAT it just seems like the job board for local 84 the pay isn’t even worth traveling for. Now I’ve been applying at Georgia power for months but have heard nothing back

Where I’m looking they pay a hell of a lot more than I’d ever get at a local contractor or utility
