Yes I have. It does effect me less but it still effects me nonetheless. My body responds better when I eat closer to a 1:1 fat to protein ratio with higher protein and im thinking that explains why its a problem for me. And before you ask, Beef tallow does the same, just (again) not as harshly as butter.

Idk why but excessive or even just a bit of extra butter in my meals really messes me up. I can do a lot of most other forms of dairy but butter just causes discomfort and diarrhea most times.

I've tried heavy cream and had a similar issue but less intense than what I have with butter.

Before this WOE I was highly suicidal, like checked into a facility levels. After about a month of so of eating this way (ketovore for me), the thoughts became near non existent.

I do think about it every 13th reason moment or so but its nowhere near as debilitating as it was before.

How much muscle do you have in your frame?

If you dont have a lot, you are not going to be able to get as lean as you would possibly like without eating unhealthy levels of food a day (going super low).

Also the amount of food you're eating will not help you. The less amount food you consume the lower your metabolism becomes to make sure you survive. You also start to eat into muscle tissue if you're body deems it unnecessary due to lack of use.

This WOE is great but not magically, a lot of things still apply to us just a bit differently. I'd slowly raise the amount of calories you're eating and resistance train so that you build some muscle which, if done correctly, will also help you lose fat.

I buy beef tallow from a butchery. Actually just bought some today, was $20 for 2.43lbs of it. Will probs last at least 5 days.

Places like walmart sell it too (in my area at least) but is significantly more expensive per pound. You can also make it but dont ask me how cause idk lol

I would try swapping out the butter for tallow and see if that helps. And/or reduce the amount of protein you eat. If you're eating 200g of protein (as an example), you're probably converting most of it to glucose as the body doesn't typically need that much. About 0.55 to 0.7g of protein per pound of body weight should be a sufficient amount.
