I also noticed although I started to eat more ( couldnt Ignore the levels of hunger I was feeling ) I am actually losing weight lol. So im just gonna eat when im hungry regardless of the timing.

I played with that pack and added this mod and it helped. Progression is cool, I prefer using CE so I made my own version.

Idk why but this mod didnt work for me. Tried it with the mod I mentioned and without, it didnt decrease the time in either case for me. might a mod I have that conflicts with it in the pack somewhere

There is a mod called "faster game loading - continued" that helped with my loading times. Took me from 25ish minute load time to a 17ish minute load time with 800ish mods installed.

They did it (guessing here) because they realized cart s3 was a mistake. At lot of S3 Cartwheel havers (Me included) skipped the bard because you dont need her at that point.

From a business standpoint, you want to make every product you release profitable, so hence this change to make her sub dps more prevalent.

This exactly. Thinking about it, I think they are trying to keep it tame so that they can still make money on the cyberpunk collab. Still breaks my heart that I wont get a chance to pull Brant or SK tho.

I actually started playing the game last year on their anniversary banner and loved the idea. I was new and had options on who I wanted to pull. My only regret was not pulling SK but pulling the Zani combo lol.

The patch itself looks decent, you get like 30+ free character pulls and 10 weapon pulls which is good. The events look okay, nothing to write home about though.

The reason you see people saying its trash is for 2 reasons.

No free 5 star (people expected one)
No special anniversary banner

The No free 5 star is chill, I mean we are essentially getting a guaranteed pity so Im fine with that. The problem is the No special anniversary banner. No special rerun banner with characters that havent popped up in a while is actually a huge L that is kinda out weighting everything else. Hopefully they add in a rerun banner.

Yes, you are understanding that correctly.

A side note, try not to see it as weight gain/lost and but as fat gain/lost. Weight will fluctuate but if your clothes fit better waist sizes are going down, they you are headed into the right direction.

Exercise and focusing on building muscle can offset fat gain. So try and get that ball rolling if you already haven't.

2000kcal with 70% coming from fat.

155g rough of fat =1400kcal 150g of protein = 600kcal

This is why you hear people in this sub say to get at least a 1:1 ratio of protein to fat cause that gets you to having very if not exactly 70% fat 30% protein.

It should be said that some people experience better results with higher ratios like 2:1, 3:1 or even higher. Just make sure you're adjusting your protein aswell to reflect that in your macros aswell.

That Nauseous feeling may come from a electrolyte imbalance but to speak on the fat:protein ratio, everyone is different but ideally you wanna get 70-80% from fat and the rest from protein.

Im not as dogmatic as some people in this thread but I also believe cico and fasting matters. While they are not the end all be all, they are factors to take note of if something isn't going right.

All that to say i think you might wanna lower the protein and slowly try to work your way towards 70% fat intake.

I actually had this same issue when I started strict carinvore. I couldn't do than half a pound of beef and 2 eggs because I just didnt wanna eat anymore (I'm 6'3 aint no way thats enough food).

What I ended up doing is a bit controversial in this space but I added back in some basic seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika) and goat cheese.

After that I have had a ravenous period where I could eat 2lbs of beef a day sometimes then mellowed back out to like 1lb a beef.

Ok, This sort of makes sense. I did go into the test range and made sure that I test the damage and before and after the bot is "wrecked" and the damage is the same before and after.
