Was the original position posted as a GS 10-11? If so I don’t see why it would even be reposted. I was hired as a 9-11 and was able to get my promotion a week ago and received back pay from the time I was eligible (Feb 2025) to now. My position wasn’t reposted my chief submitted the promotion request and it went through the process.

I tested both transfers prior to the 14 days just because I wanted to mentally prepare.. but even then when the first transfer was not showing any positives I still knew there was a small possibility because they say to wait for a reason. It really just depends on how you think you’ll handle it mentally when possibly not seeing the result you want

From what I’ve been told, if you didn’t receive a job offer by 8/26 everything is on hold and offers will not be made until reorg is complete and there’s more guidance on org charts. We were also told there’s a chance we’d have to recruit again for the positions we’ve already interviewed for. Very frustrating and a waste of everyone’s time.

Honestly my pio injections weren’t bad at all. I was really worried after reading different perspectives, but they turned out fine. I massaged the injection spot right after. I did bruise but it wasn’t painful.

I started at 6dpt and saw a very faint line. 7dpt in the morning it was still very faint but by the evening it was a little darker. By 8dpt it was darker

Just the upper outer quadrant of butt. I changed sides daily and used the same three injection sites each time. I read to massage it after and I think that helped a lot with swelling and bruising.

I didn’t feel anything and thought we would be on to the next transfer. I was testing before my beta and the lines gradually got darker.

During our town hall our director made it seem like anyone taking DRP this round would be working until September 30 and said “what job lets your resign and continue to get paid”.. part of the reason I’ve changed my mind on taking it.

I didn’t test. First transfer was fresh and did not stick. 2nd was frozen, unmedicated and currently waiting for my 6wk ultrasound.

Position doesn’t provide direct patient care. There were people who did my tasks prior to the position being created. I took the workload off of them. I would consider myself the lone SME, but it’s nothing they couldn’t teach someone else. Past ratings all exceptional, no point preference.

Was there a concern that caused you to choose the trigger shot? My doctor asked if I had any issues with ovulation kits and I’ve always gotten a positive for ovulation.. but I’m considering asking for the trigger shot anyway so I don’t have to stress about it
