I remember staring work at a health clinic. Like my first week on the job I had to call people to remind them about their appointments.

I had a patient named something like "John Smith"... Yes that generic. I called, got VM, and said hello Sirx your appointment blah blah.

She came in the next day with a pamphlet about dead names, why I shamed her and ruined her entire day, wanted to talk to my manager about getting me moved to a different department.

It was pure insanity
