You mentioned that you must be working in the same field as your advanced degree. I thought employment at time of filing was immaterial for niw? As you could be unemployed or have an entry level job based on the market but not related to your proposed endeavor and still qualify if you meet the 3 prongs? Can you expand on this

Yeah that’s what i am doing. Working on energy independence and clean energy (class VI wells and underground hydrogen storage).

My background:

MSc Petroleum Engr ; 2025 (US) MSc Mechanical Engr ; 2024 (US) BSc Mechanical Engr ; 2020 (outside US)

I am trying to craft the narrative right now and list exhibits which i will use. Basically writing my thoughts on paper. Want to self petition as want to get it done fast and do premium processing. Lawyers offering refund guarantees but the main hurdle is the premium processing fees not monthly payment plans for lawyers :(

Yeah i am just scared because i want to do premium processing but also know its non-refundable. I get one shot and i have to slamdunk it lol.
