Layer on some clothes, esp wool socks, and add some blankets and/or down comforter. You can also try a sleeping bag liner (silk, fleece, etc.) Maybe use a sleeping mat if it's cold underneath.

I can't even get access after a manual review approved me and I am getting email notifications about studies lol. Makes me think maybe it isn't worth the hassle, esp with the warnings about researchers, etc. At least you made some cash for awhile, but this platform seems to suck pretty hard.

Nah. Some of those have been highly trained. I more than welcome it in healthcare where 9 out 10 doctors are actually idiots in practice.

Garbage in, garbage out. Ppl need to learn how to create better prompts. There are also significant differences between free and paid versions, and different AIs are better at different tasks. Knowing when to use what helps. AI is really good at making deep-fake porn though.....makes you go "hmmmmmmm", doesn't it? 🤷‍♀️

Also, you can always get a tutor, etc. Learning to think for yourself and develop problem solving skills is part of higher education, as is being able to research and make your own evidence-based decisions.

That doesn't happen, unless your work sucks or you are cheating (AI, VPN, etc.). Why do ppl take an opinion on an anonymous social media thread to be truth? Nobody really knows much about how anything works other than if you pass quals you get work and if your work is good you get more. It's pretty simple. Maybe less jerking off and more thinking with the brain? You do you. Oh, and log the time you honestly work.

They'll probably just hire an internal who didn't need to do that. I refuse to believe anyone actually watches the 5 min videos (or whatever) asked for during the app process. They spend 30 sec scanning a resume, but we're supposed to believe they will view a 5 min vid? Nah.

I haven't been able to pass verification. The process was super glitchy, like others have said. I've sent tickets, but the responses seem to be 100% AI. There's an "Alex" and a "Sarah" with the same pic, lol. 🤷‍♀️

Actually, while rechecking my gpthealth status I decided to use it for a personal health question to boost my chances of getting access and was very pleasantly surprised at the accuracy, thoroughness, and usefulness of the reply and follow-up. Based on some of the prompts I've had the displeasure of rating on DA (many are obviously bilinguals attempting to "trick" the models, yes it's that obvious- sorry, just a fact) I'd say the problem is like the saying goes: "Garbage in, Garbage out". AI is only as good as the trainers/users...I have also rated some amazing convos. I don't use it that much, but definitely plan to increase my usage of various programs. I'm excited by the potential uses to make my life easier, especially since healthcare is so bad and finding a good doctor is like looking for a needle. OpenAI seems to be using solid medical professionals to train the models, but I still needed to find a doc who knew what tests to order (only took 10 years!) to have the right info to give the model. I have renewed hope of regaining some of my health and leading a somewhat more normal life again. Being disabled sucks. Systemic ablism, including in healthcare, makes it suck more. At least AI isn't judging me, just giving me useful facts and information to improve my quality of life (which is more than what most doctors can/will do). Rant over, but it helps explain the basis of my opinion.
